Hon. Othello P. Mansou is the Deputy Minister for Administration, Ministry of Labour, responsible for the prudent management of resources allocated to the ministry

Hon. Mansuo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the World Bank sponsored Financial Management Training Program. Hon. Emmanuel Zorh, Jr.

Assistant Minister for Labour Standards

Hon. Emmanuel Zorh, Jr., is an administrator, and an advocate of social justice, influencing equity, dignity of work and workers and the participation of all persons at various levels of life’s stratifications, regardless of background, gender, tribe, age, creed or other acquired and achieved status. His workings are interwoven with people’s network; always endeavoring to identify key social justice needs of the underprivileged and employing necessary conciliatory and regulatory means to ensure that these rights are fully protected. He was born in the City of Sanniquellie, Nimba County onto the union of Mr. Emmanuel Zorh, Sr. and Mrs. Veral Kou Zorh.

Mr. Jackson Wolobah is an Administrator, Public Financial Management Professional with huge experiences in system development, and management, Banking, and Finance, monitoring, and reporting, Provision of Capital, Relations, Short-Term Financing, Banking and Custody, Credit and Collections, Insurance, Investments, Planning for Control, Reporting and Interpreting, Evaluating and Consulting, Tax Administration, and Government Reporting.  Versatile in supervision, systems Auditing, Operational risk mitigation, Human Resource Development, and management, Policy formulation and implementation, as well as coaching and mentoring, among others.

Hon. Rufus Kolako Freeman

Assistant Minister for Administration

Hon. Rufus Kolako Freeman is a Liberian by nationality. He has worked with several organizations in both Public and Private sectors in Liberia and Ghana. He has acquired valuable knowledge and experiences that are very significant tools which he has to his disposal in the discharge of his duty as the current Assistant Minister for Administration at the Ministry of Labour. As a career and seasoned educationist as well as administrator, for the past twenty years couple with his graduate and post-graduate education gotten from high profile institutions such Andrews University in Michigan USA, Cape Coast University in Ghana, and Jilin University in China, he sits at a vantage position to help drive the Ministry of Labour in becoming the first among the best government institution in Liberia.

Assistant Minister for Alien Registration

Division of Alien Registration and Liberianization Brief Functions and Responsibilities. The Division of Alien Registration and Liberianization is responsible for the administration, supervision, and issuance of Alien Work Permits in Liberia. It reports directly to the Office of the Minister of Labour and oversees the registration, investigation, processing, and issuance of work permits for non-Liberians seeking employment in the country. The Division operates in accordance with Section 1507 of the Labor Practices Law of Liberia, Chapter 7, Section 7.1, and Chapter 45, Section 45.9 of the Decent Work Act (DWA), which mandates that no employer shall hire a non-Liberian without a valid work permit issued by the Ministry of Labour.
