Minister Kruah is a man of vision, touch bearer of leadership and proponent of ‘ an inclusive administration’. He believes in result-driven administration and holds compassion for interpersonal relationships at the workplace. A legal luminary, Labour Minister Kruah came to the helm of authority of the Ministry of Labour with a wealth of experience, both from the private and public sectors.

He delightfully served as The Junior Consultant to the Henries, Kruah & Associates Law Firm,  Minister of Posts and Telecommunications and previously as Deputy Commissioner for Internal Revenue for Real Estate Tax; a division at the Ministry of Finance. Minister Kruah’s exceptional performance in that strategic position led to its expansion across Montserrado to other regions, to date. Similarly, the Labour Minister rose to the ranks of Deputy Commissioner of Customs and Excise. As part of his human nature of social extra-societal initiatives, Minister Kruah served as Senior Trustee Board Member of The Providence Baptist Church, Chairman of The Doe Forest Management Corporation, based in Nimba County. He chairs The Board of The International NGO BRAC Microfinance Company (Liberia).

As a grassroots administrator and servant of the people, Minister Kruah is a member of The Board of Examiners of The Supreme Court of Liberia. He holds a BSc in Economics, LLB from the University of Liberia and several other international accolades. He was admitted to the Supreme Court Bar in 1992 and The Nimba County Bar in 1988. Minister Kruah is married with several children and siblings. He is an emboldened lover of Football.
